Who we are

What we collect through the CV Builder
ANSWER NEEDED: does the builder store a CV on the server, or is it generated in the browser and discarded? If stored — for how long, and can someone delete theirs? This single answer changes most of this page.
What we collect through job applications
ANSWER NEEDED: name, contact details, employment history and any attached CV. Say whether applications are stored, for how long, and whether unsuccessful applicants are kept on file for future roles.
Whether CVs are shared with employers
ANSWER NEEDED, and it is the question candidates most want answered. Is a CV ever passed to a client without the candidate applying to that specific role?
What we collect through the contact form
Name, organisation, email, phone and your message, used only to reply to you. The form is delivered by Web3Forms, a service outside Nepal, so your message passes through their servers on the way to us; they do not use it for anything else. ANSWER NEEDED: confirm this disclosure is acceptable, or we move the form to an in-country mailbox instead.
Analytics
ANSWER NEEDED: confirm which analytics tool is used and whether it is configured to anonymise visitors.

The site stores your language preference so you are not asked twice. ANSWER NEEDED: list any others once analytics is confirmed.
Your rights
