Templates
Pick a layout, keep your words
Every template is built to survive being printed, emailed and skim-read in thirty seconds — which is roughly how long a first pass actually takes.
SCREENSHOTS NEEDED: three or four finished CVs from the live builder, once the templates are final

What actually gets a CV read in Nepal
Put your phone number where it can be seen
Top of page one, next to your name. A recruiter who has to hunt for it will often move on to the next file instead.
Two pages, not five
For anything under ten years of experience, one page is usually enough and two is the ceiling. Length is not evidence of substance.
Write what changed, not what you were responsible for
“Reduced monthly closing from nine days to four” tells a hiring manager more than “responsible for month-end closing”.
Name the systems you have actually used
Tally, Excel, the specific payroll or ERP system. These are often exactly what is being searched for.
Match the language of the advert
If the posting is in English, send English. If it is in Nepali, either is usually fine — but be consistent within the document.
Check the file name
“Ram_Bahadur_CV.pdf” — not “cv final final 2.pdf”. It is the first thing an employer sees, before they open anything.
Hiring rather than applying?
We recruit as well as train
Recruitment sits inside our Workforce Operations service, alongside payroll and compliance — because the handover between hiring someone and employing them properly is where most of the errors happen.
