    TRANSLATE: A parallel-run period where both sides do the work, so errors surface while you still have the old process to fall back on.

    TRANSLATE: Agreed service levels, a monthly report, and a named lead. You can take the process back whenever you like — the documentation is yours.

TRANSLATE: Do our staff transfer to you?
TRANSLATE: Not unless you want them to. Most engagements are about absorbing the work, not the people.
TRANSLATE: What happens to our data?
TRANSLATE: It stays yours. Handling, access and retention are written into the agreement before anything moves.
TRANSLATE: Can we bring it back in house later?
TRANSLATE: Yes, and some clients plan to from the start. You keep the process documentation throughout, which is what makes that possible.
TRANSLATE: Is this the same as EOR?
TRANSLATE: Not quite. We administer employment for staff you direct; we are not currently offering full employer-of-record cover.
