  1. TRANSLATE: Scope with the people, not just the sponsor

    TRANSLATE: We talk to a sample of those who will sit in the room. Programmes designed only from the top are the ones nobody applies afterwards.

  2. TRANSLATE: Build or adapt

    TRANSLATE: Either a bespoke curriculum or one of our existing programmes reshaped. You are told plainly which you are getting and what it costs.

  3. TRANSLATE: Deliver and measure

    TRANSLATE: Facilitated in Nepali or English. We agree what changed means before we begin, and we come back and check.

TRANSLATE: Either, and often both in the same room. Say which your team will be most honest in.
TRANSLATE: How large can a group be?
TRANSLATE: Twelve to eighteen for anything involving practice. We will tell you if your number is too large to be useful rather than take the booking.
TRANSLATE: Can we send one or two people rather than a whole team?
TRANSLATE: Yes — that is what the open-enrolment programmes are for. Dates are listed on the homepage.
TRANSLATE: Do you certify?
TRANSLATE: Attendees receive a certificate of completion. We do not pretend it is an accredited qualification, because it is not.
